(The First Installment of) Top Tunes Tuesday

We may not always have the exact same taste in music, but we do both agree that no fitness routine is complete without a killer playlist. Court has a specific playlist just for her posing practice so that she can get pumped up and sassy to practice her stage routine. She is also so intense about needing music during her workout that if she forgets her head phones, she has been known to turn right around and go home to get them. Rach has spent over nine months compiling a playlist of music that she uses during her yoga classes and spends hours on themed playlists for her different yoga events. We also always have music playing while we cook breakfast, get ready, do work together at the kitchen table, and drive around the city. Needless to say, we LOVE music.

Our relationship with music fuels our hard work in and out of the gym/studio and thus improves our relationships with ourselves and our bodies.
